Ready-Made Products
We gladly accept returns for ready-made products under the following conditions:

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Custom-Made & Personalized Products
Custom-made products are crafted exclusively for you and are truly one of a kind.

Returns or refunds are not applicable for custom-made or personalized products.

This includes products with names, photos, dates, or any customer-provided customization.
Exceptions

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear images or videos of the product and packaging.
-
Our team will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credited amount may take additional time to reflect.
A Gentle Note
As each Protocraft creation is handcrafted, minor variations in finish, color, or texture are natural and part of the product’s unique character. These are not considered defects.
